Brandon University's 2007 summer program in archaeological field techniques will be held in the Northern Great Plains of southwestern Manitoba approximately 1 hour outside of Brandon. This course offers students the opportunity to learn modern archaeological field and lab techniques in an ongoing field research program. Under the direction of Denise Ens and Jessica McKenzie, participants in the program will receive training in archaeological method and theory, as well as practical experience in community living under typical fieldwork circumstances.
