| Taking Courses with BUHEP | |||
Students take six credit hours of courses in each of the fall and winter terms, as well as nine credit hours in each of the spring and summer terms (for a total of 30 credit hours during the year). To help students achieve success in their studies, BUHEP provides the following services: |
| Students with a grade point average (gpa) of 3.00 or higher may request to take an overload. | |||
| Distance education courses are available to students. During the fall and winter terms these courses are taught at various colonies, either biweekly weekends or in two- to three-week blocks. Courses offered electronically via Campus Manitoba or correspondence from other universities are also available. | |||
| Materials - The sponsors, through BUHEP, supply most of the materials required for courses to students. These may include textbooks, classroom supplies, and materials to complete projects and assignments. | |||
| Computers - All BUHEP students have access to computers for word processing, e-mail, and searching the Internet. | |||
